I purchased a used house to open a dog café, renovated the residential part, and created a store. I started the café a year ago, but my wife, who was the café owner, fell ill, and since I am also working elsewhere, it has become difficult to continue, leading to the decision to close the café in a few months. Due to work-related reasons, I need to relocate and am considering selling the property.

The store is equipped with tables and chairs, as well as a stove and refrigerator (some dishes), making it possible to operate a café or other business immediately. There is also a dog run, which, while not large enough for big dogs to run around freely, is larger than typical urban café dog runs. The second floor is intended for a guesthouse, and while it is currently undergoing DIY renovations and has hit a snag, I believe it can be used with just a little more work. 雲辺寺という観光スポットがあり、土日祝などは多くの車が往来しています。JTBなどの大手旅行先からも問い合わせなどもあり、カフェや食事処としては一定の需要があるかと思わます。海外からのお遍路さんも多く、時々泊まるところを探してると話かけられたりもしました。また、ドックカフェ時代には短い期間ながらも固定のお客様おり、お店を再開すれば来ていただけると思います。

香川などではめずらしくもないですが、車がないと生活は不便です。歩いて15分ほどでコンビニはありますが、最寄りのスーパーまでは自転車で20分ぐらいかかります（車だと5分）12月中旬には転居予定なので、それ以降であればいつでもお引越し可能です。
