I purchased a used house to open a dog café, renovated the residential part, and created a store. I started the café a year ago, but my wife, who was the café owner, fell ill, and since I am also working elsewhere, it has become difficult to continue, leading to the decision to close the café in a few months. Due to work-related reasons, I need to relocate and am considering selling the property.

The store is equipped with tables and chairs, as well as a stove and refrigerator (some dishes), making it possible to operate a café or other business immediately. There is also a dog run, which, while not large enough for big dogs to run around freely, is larger than typical urban café dog runs. The second floor is intended for a guesthouse, and while it is currently undergoing DIY renovations and has hit a snag, I believe it can be used with just a little more work. The residential part and the store are connected, but the kitchen and toilet are independent. The residential area has been renovated, including the water facilities, living room, and hallway, and is in a clean condition. I visited dozens of used properties before finding this house, and most were not livable as they were,
ドッグカフェをするために中古住宅を購入し、住宅部のリフォームと店舗をつくりました。1年前にカフェを始めましたがカフェの店主だった妻が病気になり、私も別な仕事をしているため継続することが難しく、数カ月で閉店する事になりました。この度仕事の関係で転勤の必要があり、売却をしようと考えております。

店舗にはテーブルやいすはもちろんのこと、コンロや冷蔵庫(一部食器)が残っており、すぐにでもカフェや他のお店を営業することが可能です。ドッグランも完備しており大型犬が走り回るほどではないですが、都会のカフェのドッグランよりは広めです。2階部分は民泊を行おうとしていてDIYでリフォーム中でとん挫していますが、少し手を加えるだけで使えると思います。住居部分と店舗がつながっていますが、炊事場、トイレは独立しております。住居部分は水回りとリビングや廊下はリフォーム済みで綺麗な状態です。この家を見つけるまでに数十件中古物件を見て回りましたが、そのまま住めるような家はほとんどなく、大抵の家には仏壇がそのまま残っている状態だったので、何も手入れしなくてもそのまま住める家はなかなか貴重だと思います。

雲辺寺という観光スポットがあり、土日祝などは多くの車が往来しています。JTBなどの大手旅行先からも問い合わせなどもあり、カフェや食事処としては一定の需要があるかと思わます。海外からのお遍路さんも多く、時々泊まるところを探してると話かけられたりもしました。また、ドックカフェ時代には短い期間ながらも固定のお客様おり、お店を再開すれば来ていただけると思います。

香川などではめずらしくもないですが、車がないと生活は不便です。歩いて15分ほどでコンビニはありますが、最寄りのスーパーまでは自転車で20分ぐらいかかります(車だと5分)12月中旬には転居予定なので、それ以降であればいつでもお引越し可能です。
