Description

It is a building and garden that was converted into a house from a hut built about 65 years ago. Even though it is a hut, it is made of fine building materials for the beams and pillars, and there are retro glass doors. The pillars are made of chestnut trees and are considered rare. It is a large house in the satoyama.

Behind the house, there is a pond filled with spring water, and wasabi used to grow wild, but now it has been left unattended and buried naturally. Fruit trees such as persimmons, chestnuts, plums, and pawpaws remain. It was an old shoya, so it was spacious, and there was a separate hut and farm equipment. The registration is a mountain forest and a residential land on the same site. It is 337 tsubo in total, but I think it will be wider when measured in actual measurement.

The tiles were repaired about 10 years ago and there are no leaks. The living room, kitchen, bath, and toilet on the first floor need repairs. The clean water was drawn from the mountain water source with a pipe, but now the pipe is broken. Sewage is pumped. Electricity is passing. The gas is propane. I would like to purchase the building and what I have on it.

約10年前に瓦を修繕しており雨漏りはしていません。1階の居間、台所、風呂、トイレは修繕が必要です。上水は、山の水源からパイプで引いていましたが、今はパイプが壊れています。下水は汲み取り式です。電気は通っています。ガスはプロパン式です。建物及び置いてあるもの含めて買い取りを希望します。
