[History and current situation]
I got it by inheritance, but I haven't been able to use it at all. It is a villa area that my grandfather bought decades ago, about a 10-minute drive from Naka-Karuizawa Station. There is a building on the neighbor's land, and it seems to be a villa, but it seems to be rarely used. I don't have any particular relationship with my neighbors.
When I went to the city hall in May 2024 and was shown all the drawings, I found that there was a national land survey and there were boundary markers (but I have not confirmed that they are actually accurate). )。 There is no water supply in the landslide disaster warning area. It includes some land that is densely wooded and has a slope of about 30 degrees.

相続で取得しましたが、まったく使用できていません。中軽井沢駅から車で10分ほどの、何十年も前に祖父が購入した別荘地です。お隣さんの土地には建物が建っており、別荘と思われますが、ほとんど使われていないようです。特にお隣さんとの付き合い等もありません。
2024年5月に役場に行き、一通り図面等も見せてもらったところ、国土調査が入っており境界標があるようです(ただし、実際に正確なものであるか確認しているわけではありません。)。土砂災害警戒区域内で、水道は来ていません。木が茂っており、30度あるかないかくらいの斜度がついている土地も一部含まれています。
