【これまでの経緯と今の状況】
相続で取得しましたが、まったく使用できていません。中軽井沢駅から車で10分ほどの、何十年も前に祖父が購入した別荘地です。お隣さんの土地には建物が建っており、別荘と思われますが、ほとんど使われていないようです。特にお隣さんとの付き合い等もありません。
