Last year, I acquired it as a second home or for investment. Currently, there are some leftovers, so I haven't been able to go recently. It is an area that is premised on car travel (within walking distance of Kashiwazaki Station), and it is a quiet residential area within walking distance of access to the sea. I considered demolishing it and selling it/renovating it to revitalize it, but I decided to put it out as a house because I wanted to make use of it. Since it will be an old private house built in Showa 9, we would 昨年、セカンドハウスまたは投資用として取得しました。現状少し、残置物があり最近は行けてない状況です。築年数がかなり経っていて、雨漏れやシロアリ被害は見受けられないようですが傾きがあります。駐車場はありませんが家の前の柵を壊せば駐車可能。内装一部リフォーム、トイレ、風呂場もユニットバスにリフォーム済みとなっています。物置もあります。DIYが好きな方・リフォーム前提で考えている方には面白い物件だと思います。

車移動が前提の地域(柏崎駅徒歩圏内)であり、海へのアクセスも徒歩圏内の静かな住宅エリアです。セカンドハウスや賃貸、売却再生なども検討可能です。解体して更地売却／リフォームして再生も検討しましたが、「建物を活かしたい方」がいればと思い、家いちばに出すことにしました。「空き家を自分好みに再生したい」方が居ましたら面白い物件なのではないかと思います。
