Last year, I acquired it as a second home or for investment. Currently, there are some leftovers, so I haven't been able to go recently. It is quite old, and there seems to be no rain leakage or termite damage, but there is a tilt. There is no parking lot, but you can park if you break the fence in front of the house. Part of the interior has been renovated, and the toilet and bathroom have also been renovated into a unit bath. There is also a storeroom. I think this is an interesting property for those who like DIY and those who are thinking about renovation.

It is an area that is premised on car travel (within walking distance of Kashiwazaki Station), and it is a quiet residential area within walking distance of access to the sea. You can also consider a second home, rental, or sale and rehabilitation. I considered demolishing it and selling it/renovating it to revitalize it, but I decided to put it out as a house because I wanted to make use of it. I think it would be an interesting property if there were people who wanted to regenerate an empty house to their liking.

昨年、セカンドハウスまたは投資用として取得しました。現状少し、残置物があり最近は行けてない状況です。築年数がかなり経っていて、雨漏れやシロアリ被害は見受けられないようですが傾きがあります。駐車場はありませんが家の前の柵を壊せば駐車可能。内装一部リフォーム、トイレ、風呂場もユニットバスにリフォーム済みとなっています。物置もあります。DIYが好きな方・リフォーム前提で考えている方には面白い物件だと思います。

車移動が前提の地域(柏崎駅徒歩圏内)であり、海へのアクセスも徒歩圏内の静かな住宅エリアです。セカンドハウスや賃貸、売却再生なども検討可能です。解体して更地売却/リフォームして再生も検討しましたが、「建物を活かしたい方」がいればと思い、家いちばに出すことにしました。「空き家を自分好みに再生したい」方が居ましたら面白い物件なのではないかと思います。

現状有姿で早い方希望しています。昭和9年建築で古民家になるため、ご理解頂ける方よろしくお願い致します。
