車移動が前提の地域(柏崎駅徒歩圏内)であり、海へのアクセスも徒歩圏内の静かな住宅エリアです。セカンドハウスや賃貸、売却再生なども検討可能です。解体して更地売却／リフォームして再生も検討しましたが、「建物を活かしたい方」がいればと思い、家いちばに出すことにしました。「空き家を自分好みに再生したい」方が居ましたら面白い物件なのではないかと思います。
