It is a hybrid land of the Atakami Tenno that my wife inherited from her parents. My parents and relatives had a vegetable garden, but we decided to let it go because it was a little far away. As you can see from the photo, I am now using it as a home garden. The area is just under 15 tsubo, and it is a good size, so I think it can be used for a variety of purposes, such as apartments and those with small home space. It can be sold immediately. It is adjacent to the road without any difference in height, and since it is square and the vicinity is a residential area, it is easy to access and easy to use. The area is small, and the road facing it is not asphalt. Also, I don't know exactly, but I don't think there is a lifeline.妻が親から相続した潟上市天王の雑種地です。両親や親族が家庭菜園をしておりましたが、私達は少し遠方な事もあり手放す事にしました。写真でも分かると思いますが今は家庭菜園として利用しております。面積は15坪弱と、程良いサイズ感でマンションの方や自宅スペースが狭い方など様々なご利用に使えると思います。直ぐに売却可能です。道路に高低差なく接しており、四角形な事と付近は住宅地ですのでアクセスも良く、使い勝手が良いと思います。面積は小さく、面している道路はアスファルトではありません。また、正確には分かりませんが、ライフラインは無いと思います。
