It is one of the few old houses in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The Kita-Shinozaki area of Kasu City is a rural landscape with a wide range of countryside. The age of the building is unknown, but it is believed to have been built in the Meiji and Taisho periods. The building was expanded in Heisei 2 and partially renovated in Heisei 25.
