Description

It is a land only property. I bought an empty house that was built here a few years ago and enjoyed living while repairing it. Recently, my parents passed away one after another, and I decided to move due to changes in my living environment. Currently, all buildings have been demolished and vacant.

It is an urbanization control area, but since it is Area 11, anyone can build it. I also submitted the "Development Action Consultation Form" to the department in charge of the city and received permission (apply for a dedicated house. ご近所さんはやさしい人が多いです。自分も川崎のほうから引越してきた人間ですが、意地悪されたことなどは一度もありません。距離の詰めかたは都会と違うなと思うこともありますが(笑)、道ですれ違う小学生もむこうから挨拶してきたりするので、都会のドライさに慣れていると多少びっくりすることはあります。コンビニ、個人スーパー、パン屋さんが徒歩圏内にあります。車で5分、自転車で10分ぐらいの距離にカインズモール(カインズ、スーパー、ツタヤ、JINS、オートアールズ、ワークマン女子)やピアシティ大利根(スーパー、ドラッグストア、100均、洋服屋)がまとまって建っており、大抵のものはそろいます。高速道路も車で10分ほどです。駅は遠いですが、原付1台あれば割と快適に暮らせると思います。小学校まで2kmほどです。結構遠いのですが、近隣に住宅が増えていることもあり、近所から通っている子も割と多い印象です。中学校は1.6kmほどです。徒歩1分ぐらいのところに、新しく健診クリニックが開院するようです。スタッフや来院者向けに、自宅兼店舗で何か開業するのも良いかもしれません。

写真を撮ってから時間が経ってしまった為、草が生えてきています。定期的に草刈りはしていますが、面積が広く、刈草までは処分しきれないので現状引渡しとさせてください。土地B部分は売却済です。土地Aは引続き売却活動中です。
