I purchased this as an income (owner-change) property and rented it out. It was rented for several years but the tenant later moved out, and it is now vacant. The land is about 180 tsubo (596.94 m²), but the adjacent bamboo grove is encroaching and will require periodic cutting. The garden is overgrown with weeds.

The road in front of the property allows vehicle access, but it is narrow and rather difficult to enter. The building is old; heavy rain has caused part of the roof eaves to collapse. The interior has not been maintained and is considerably deteriorated, with water leaks. The second-floor ceiling features large exposed beams.

The price has been reduced to reflect estimated repair or demolition costs. I would like to sell this as land with an old house (sold as-is) to someone who would appreciate it — for example, as a traditional house atelier, storage, or to build a new house.

It is difficult for me to accompany viewings, and I currently cannot use a car, so prospective buyers will need to go to the property on their own and view the interior directly.
