Description

I purchased this as a fractional ownership resort condominium several years ago, but the facility subsequently suspended operations and appears to remain closed. After the closure I received letters every year from multiple companies asking me to sell my share because they intended to revive the resort condominium, but I never replied and left it as is. The property is sold entirely as-is; no warranty for defects. On-site inspections/viewings are not possible.

Although it is a condominium, the facility is currently closed, so no monthly management fees or reserve contributions for repairs are being charged (0 yen). The only current annual maintenance cost is the fixed property tax, paid once a year (approximately ¥8,000).

I have actually stayed in my unit (the fractional ownership resort condominium) before. It is close to tourist attractions, situated in a quiet forest, and has a pleasant environment. Because the facility is closed I have no expertise on possible future uses. I had planned to wait until a company revived the property and sell when the asset value rose to the hundreds of thousands of yen, but due to my age I have decided to let it go.
何年か前に「持ち分リゾートマンション」として購入しましたが、その後、施設が休業し、現在も休業したままの様です。休業後、リゾートマンションとして再生するので持ち分を売って欲しいと、毎年、複数の業者さんから手紙が来ていましたが返事はせずそのままにしています。全て現状渡し瑕疵担保責任負いません。現地立ち合い出来ません。

マンションですが、現在休業中ですので毎月の管理費や修繕積立金は発生していません。(0円)現在の年間の維持コストは、年1度の固定資産税(8千円)のみ です。

実際に自分の部屋(持ち分リゾートマンション)に泊まった事が有りますが観光名所にも近く森の中で静かで気持ちの良い環境です。現在休業中で今後の活用などについては素人の私ではまったくわからず、私自身は何処かの事業者が再生するまで待って資産価値が上がった際に百万円台くらいになったら売ろうと計画していたのですが自身の年齢の事も有り手放します。
