I rented it as a warehouse, but I decided to let it go because it was far away and difficult to manage. It is a set of two floors and a one-story house. The brown exterior wall on the left is a two-story building, and the one on the right is a one-story house. It can be used as a warehouse, storeroom, material storage area, or garage. There is no parking lot, but there is space for motorbikes and bicycles. The two-story building is 103 years old, has a bathroom and is tiled without a pumping kitchen. The flat house is 60 years old, has a flush toilet, a kitchen (with a stove on top), no bathroom, and the whole room is heavily tilted. There is a gap above the window. I haven't checked if I can use a flush toilet. The lifeline is unconfirmed. There are still some industrial wastes. Not suitable for residential use. All items, including those left in the room, will be delivered as is, and will be exempt from non-conformity with the contract. It can be rebuilt. However, it seems that there is a need to expand the side path. The property tax is about 7,000 yen per year. It is an urbanized area, close to Kiryu City Higashi Elementary School, a high-voltage line. It is a 4-minute walk fr倉庫として貸していましたが、遠方で管理が大変なため手放すことにしました。2階建てと平家のセットです。左側外壁茶色が2階建て、右側平家です。倉庫、物置、資材置き場、ガレージとして使えます。駐車場はないですが、バイクや自転車を置くスペースはあります。2階建ては、築103年、汲み取りキッチンなしで浴室はありタイル張りです。平家は築60年、水洗トイレ、キッチン有(コンロを上に置くタイプ) 、浴室なし、部屋全体的に傾きが酷いです。窓の上は隙間ができてしまってます。水洗トイレは使用できるか確認してません。ライフラインは未確認です。産業廃棄物が何箇所か残っています。居住用には適してません。室内の残置物を含めて全て現況渡し、契約不適合免責となります。再建築可能です。ただし、横の道を拡張する必要はあるようです。固定資産税は年間7,000円程です。市街化区域で、桐生市東小学校、高圧線に近いです。ドラックセイムス徒歩4分、セブンイレブン徒歩5分、クスリのアオキ徒歩7分、アバンセ(スーパー)徒歩14分で、薬局やコンビニ、スーパーに近くて便利な場所です。現在、諸事情により内見は外観のみでしたら可能です。
