I rented it as a warehouse, but I decided to let it go because it was far away and difficult to manage. It is a set of two floors and a one-story house. It is a 4-minute walk fr倉庫として貸していましたが、遠方で管理が大変なため手放すことにしました。2階建てと平家のセットです。左側外壁茶色が2階建て、右側平家です。倉庫、物置、資材置き場、ガレージとして使えます。駐車場はないですが、バイクや自転車を置くスペースはあります。2階建ては、築103年、汲み取りキッチンなしで浴室はありタイル張りです。平家は築60年、水洗トイレ、キッチン有(コンロを上に置くタイプ) 、浴室なし、部屋全体的に傾きが酷いです。窓の上は隙間ができてしまってます。水洗トイレは使用できるか確認してません。ライフラインは未確認です。産業廃棄物が何箇所か残っています。居住用には適してません。室内の残置物を含めて全て現況渡し、契約不適合免責となります。再建築可能です。ただし、横の道を拡張する必要はあるようです。固定資産税は年間7,000円程です。市街化区域で、桐生市東小学校、高圧線に近いです。ドラックセイムス徒歩4分、セブンイレブン徒歩5分、クスリのアオキ徒歩7分、アバンセ(スーパー)徒歩14分で、薬局やコンビニ、スーパーに近くて便利な場所です。現在、諸事情により内見は外観のみでしたら可能です。
