居室のサッシは防音・防犯性と断熱性向上の為、LIXILの「インプラス」を入れ2重サッシにしました。高齢の母も住みやすいように、付けられるところには手摺を付け、浴室の段差も最小限に抑えました。施工もいつもお願いしている業者に頼んだので、図面にない部分でも気になるところは手を入れてくれました。写真は竣工時のものですが、1年半近く経った今でも綺麗な状態だと思います。
