I bought it in 2016 from an elderly woman who lived there. We renovated one room on the second floor by DIY. Built in 1958, it is a house that retains its old appearance. There is one leak, but the entrance and window lattices, the bath tiles, and other designs are wonderful. There is also a warehouse on site. As it is, it can be handed over immediately. I have also asked a land and house surveyor to survey the site boundary.
