Thirty years ago, I dreamed of a second life in the mountains, and after taking a break from camping life, I acquired about 200 tsubo of land in the mountains of Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Initially, I built a 6-tatami mat mountain hut, and later added a main house converted from a garage, followed by a wooden deck, a bath, and a compost toilet, gathering everything necessary to enjoy a second life.

Electricity and a landline phone have been installed. I retired from my salaryman job a few years ago, and as my physical strength has become more challenging, I would like to sell while I am still healthy. I hope to find someone who can take over the current buildings as they are (though this is not an absolute condition).

I have always enjoyed DIY, and I have handmade most of these buildings by myself.
