I intended to purchase this property to live in after renovating the shed, but shortly after, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was unable to leave Yokohama. Additionally, during that time, my grandmother in Gunma developed dementia, and I was compelled to provide care for her, making it impossible for me to relocate. Currently, I am commuting from Yokohama to Gunma to care for her, and I do not have the capacity to manage the property, so I have decided to sell it. 現在、近所の方が畑をして庭をキレイにしていただいているので、もしご購入の際にはその方のご連絡先をお教えしますので、引き渡しのお願いをしてください。先方には伝え済みで、その時は畑のままの引き渡しとなります。収穫があると思うので、その時期の多少の交渉がいるかもですが、私が購入した時も苗を抜いて不動産屋さんに引き渡して下さった方なので、難航することはないと思います。日当たりが良好で前の所有者さんが畑の土を入れているので、庭ですぐに家庭菜園ができます。また、ご近所さんに確認したのですが、自治会に入る必要がないそうです。会長さんが訪ねて来るかもですが、適当に理由をつけて断って大丈夫だそうです（私は会いませんでした）。また私道の持ち分があります。物件に至る道もそれぞれの家が持っている状態なので、この土地を担保にローンを組むことは出来ないと思います。

敷地内に水道と電気がきています。また、土間敷の駐車スペースがあります。ゴミステーションも普通に使えます。下水道のない地域なので、住むとなれば浄化槽の設置が必要と思います。小屋がボロボロで手直しか建て替え必須です。物置小屋という感じで、改修なしでは人が過ごせる状態ではありません。雨漏りがあります。また、白い外壁の増築部分の鍵がありません。水場があるようで凍結防止で蛇口を開けたままなのか、破裂したのかで水栓を開くとその開かずの間から水の音がします。ブラウン管テレビなど残置物ありなので、処分をお願いいたします。
