I purchased the property last year while it was vacant. The interior had overall wear and damage, but I carried out repairs myself. The interior has been repaired, and the exterior and roof were remodeled. Please check the photos for the condition of the interior. The tatami mats have not been replaced, but I will include the nearly-new tatami mats shown in the interior photos.

There is one parking space inside a shuttered garage, and if the former shop area is converted, it should be possible to park one more car there (large vehicles may be difficult). The flooring has been replaced; the kitchen sink and washbasin are new. The toilet is connected to the sewer. I have not done any work on the exterior since purchasing the property.

The property is very close to a henro (Shikoku 88-temple pilgrimage) path, and you will sometimes see pilgrims passing by. It could be used as accommodation for pilgrims. A shrine is located opposite the property, which may appeal to foreign visitors.
