I would like to transfer this property to those considering real estate investment or future personal use for personal fundraising. Currently, it is rented out with a rent of 33,000 yen for the 1st floor and 51,000 yen for the 2nd floor (including parking), totaling 84,000 yen. The annual income is 1,008,000 yen.
