It is a piece of land that I inherited from my grandfather. Until a few years ago, there was a house, but there was a risk of collapse, so the house itself was demolished. There is electricity nearby, but construction is required when building a new house.祖父から相続した土地です。数年前までは家があったのですが、倒壊の恐れもあった為、家自体は壊しました。現状は家はなく、宅地のみとなっています。マイナスにならなければ、いくらでも構いません。とにかくド田舎で、海と山がどちらもすぐそばにあります。ライフラインについて、水道はメーター外しているだけです。ガスは、ガス管はなく、プロパンのような形とのことです。電気は近くにはありますが、新しく家等を建てるなどする場合に工事が必要とのこと。
