I purchased this land with the intention of building a house and becoming self-sufficient. It has been about 20 years since the artificial forest of cedar and cypress was cut down, and it has now become a young natural forest. There is a small stream flowing through the property. Currently, I am mowing the grass and maintaining the mountain. The shape of the land is a valley separated by the stream, and it is mostly sloped.

I believe this location is one of the better spots in Aso. There are many hot springs nearby, such as Kurokawa Onsen, Manganji Onsen, Oda, Shirakawa Onsen, and Ogi Onsen, and next to it is the Aso grassland, with a good view of the Aso outer rim mountains beyond. The Aso grassland is maintained by controlled burns. Owning land adjacent to this area is a rare case. It is a place where you can see the entire Aso grassland. Additionally, there are no nearby houses, making it a great place for musicians or dog runs. In spring, you can gather bracken after the controlled burns, and bamboo shoots can also be harvested from the stream on the property. It is connected to a town road, but it feels like a forest road. Since a land survey has not been conducted, the exact家を建てて自給自足をしようと思い購入しました。杉ヒノキの人工林を切り出してから20年ほどたっており、若い自然林の山になっています。敷地内にはちょろちょろとですが沢が流れています。現在草刈りをして山の整備をしているところです。土地の形は沢を挟んだ谷になっており、傾斜地がほとんどです。

場所としては阿蘇の中でもいい所にあると思います。黒川温泉や満願寺温泉、小田、白川温泉、扇温泉など周りにたくさんの温泉があり、隣には阿蘇の草原が広がり、その先には阿蘇外輪山を眺めることができ眺望はいいです。阿蘇の草原というのは野焼きによって維持されています。ここの隣接地に土地を持つということは希なケースかと思います。阿蘇の草原が一望できる場所です。また周りに民家はなく音楽をやる方やドッグラン等にもいいところです。そして、春には野焼き後のワラビをとることができ、土地内の沢ではタケノコも取れます。町道に接道していますが、林道のような感じです。地籍調査がはいっていないため正確にはわかりません。地籍調査まだですので現在固定資産税はかかっておりません。値下げ考えておりませんので値下げの交渉はご遠慮ください。
