This is a property that is under renovation of an old private house about 150 years old. I bought it in the fall of 2020 and renovated it ourselves. This time, my living environment has changed and I have decided to let it go.

The previous owner has repaired the roof and there are no leaks. We were renovating it with our own hands, so we removed many walls and roofs. Half of the space is covered with dirt. The earthen space has a roof removed, so you can see the original magnificent beams and roof, and it is quaint. There is an attic space and a net to prevent falling is installed (long ladder required). The other half of the space was a tatami room, but most of the tatami mats have been removed because they were old.

The advantage is that it has completed a lot of time-consuming dismantling, but it may not be suitable for those who want to dismantle it from scratch. I think it's a perfect property for you to remodel as you like. You will need to contract and install electricity and gas by yourself. The toilet is a botton flush type.

It was remodeled as a villa for collection. It does not come with the collection in the photo. There will be a lot of yuzu and persimmons. In autu築約150年程の古民家リノベ中の物件です。2020年秋に購入し、自分達でリノベーションをしていました。この度生活環境が変わり手放す事になりました。

コレクション用の別荘として改造しておりました。写真にあるコレクションは付属しません。柚子や柿がたくさんなります。秋になると、紅葉が大変美しいです。
