I purchased a vacant house at a very low price, but two months after I bought it (three years ago) it was hit by a nationwide heavy-rain disaster and the retaining wall collapsed, which caused a major problem. I managed to repair the retaining wall, but I haven’t felt like putting the site to use, and I hope someone with a fresh start will make use of it.

An elementary school, post office, and supermarket are within walking distance, and a convenience store is about a 3-minute walk, so daily life should be convenient. There is an elevation difference from the lower parcel, so the view is good. I’d prefer a quick sale.

The land is long and narrow and the access road is narrow, but a standard passenger car can pass. The retaining wall collapsed and has been rebuilt. There is a water supply; since a house used to stand here, there is likely a sewer connection. There is a utility pole on the property for electricity. Gas was propane. I believe it is priced very cheaply and will consider any asking price proposals.

空き家を格安で購入しましたが、3年前に購入した2ヶ月後に全国的な大雨災害にみまわれ、擁壁が崩れて大変なことになりました。擁壁はなんとか直しましたが、ここを何かに運用する気持ちにならず、誰か新しい気持ちで使っていただけたら良いな、と思うようになりました。

徒歩圏内に小学校、郵便局、スーパーがあり、コンビニは徒歩3分と生活しやすいと思います。下の土地とは高低差があり、眺望は良いと思います。売却は早い方が良いです。

土地の形が細長く侵入の道は細いですが、普通車は通れます。擁壁が崩れて新しくなっています。水道があり、家が建っていたので下水もあると思います。電気は敷地に電柱があります。ガスはプロパンでした。大変お安くなっていると思います。希望価格があれば検討します。
