徒歩1分もかからず砂浜に足を踏み入れられるほどの海が近いです。穏やかな竜島海岸での散歩や海水浴だけでなく、堤防や漁港も近くにあるので釣りなどの遊びも楽しむことが出来ます。

高速のICも車で7分ほどで、都心からもアクアライン等でアクセスしやすいです。ただ、前面道路が狭く軽自動車しか通れません。現状、駐車場はありませんが海岸の駐車場が近くにあります。また地元の方が無料で停めている土地も家のすぐ近くにあります。

JR安房勝山駅も徒歩10分です。夏にはリニューアルし真新しい駅舎となる予定です。建物はかなり年季が入っていて全体的にリフォームは必要な状態ですが雨漏りはありません。残置物もありますのでそのままお引き受け頂ける方にお譲りしたいと思います。
