This property is ideal for those who plan to become independent as a potter and those who want to set up their own pottery atelier.県道1号線沿い、木造りで趣きのある波佐見焼の工房跡です。佐世保からの往来が多い通りなので、作業場兼ショップとしての活用もおすすめです。0.7 m3のガス窯、そのほかにも天板や柱やハマなど陶芸に必要な道具が多数残っており、使用したい場合は無償でお譲りします。ガス窯は2016年頃から使用されていないため、動作確認（場合によっては修理）が必要となります。陶芸家として独立予定の方、自分の作陶アトリエを設けたい方に最適な物件です。
