This property is located in Omi Nagaoka, Shiga Prefecture, with a view of Mount Ibuki, in a picturesque area. The land and house were purchased for family living, but due to a transfer, I decided to sell it after purchasing another property elsewhere. It is about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there are commuters to Kyoto. Access to Mount Ibuki is also good, taking about 15 minutes by bus or car.
