An old folk house standing in a quiet environment full of nature. It also comes with a detachment and an old storehouse. It is a spacious building that used to operate as a soba restaurant. There are fields around it. I bought it last year for the purpose of using it as a workshop, but due to various circumstances, it will remain in the current workshop and I am thinking of letting it go because it is far away from being used as a warehouse. I was thinking of making a full earthen floor for the workshop, but the current situation is the same as at the time of purchase (as it is in the image). Access to Matsumoto City is about 30 minutes, and Azumino is about 20~30 minutes, so access to the city is good and nature is rich. There are many immigrants in the Shiga area, which I think is good. Please check the site. The building is very old (about 100 years old). I didn't attach importance to it because I bought it for my workshop, but I think it needs to be renovated such as a bath and kitchen to use it for a residence. I think that the degree of livability varies from young to old and gender, but I recommend it to DIY lovers (the kitchen is currently without a sink). The toilet seat 自然あふれる静かな環境に立つ古民家。離れや古い土蔵も付属しています。以前は蕎麦屋として営業していた広々した建物です。周囲は畑があります。工房利用目的で昨年購入しましたが、諸々事情により現在の工房に残ることになり倉庫としての使用にも距離が離れているため手放そうかと思っています。工房用に全面土間にしようかと思っていましたが、現状は購入時のままです(画像のまま)。松本市街へのアクセスも30分位、安曇野へも20~30分位と街へのアクセスも良く自然も豊かです。四賀地区は移住者も多く、良いと思います。現地確認をお願いします。建物はとても古いです(築約100年)。工房用に購入したため重視しませんでしたが、住居用に使うにはお風呂や台所等リノベが必要かと思います。住める状態の度合いは老若男女それぞれ差異があると思いますがDIY好きの方にオススメします(台所は現状シンクなし)。トイレの便座(ウオシュレット)と玄関の鍵は新品に交換しました。電気と水道は来ています。ガス・灯油は要点検です。環境は自然豊かで四賀地区は移住者も多い地域で子育てにも良いかと思います。田舎暮らしの大変さもあるかもしれませんが魅力でもあるでしょう。私自身住んでいないので詳しくは解りませんが、私が購入する前の売主さんも近くにいらっしゃるのでいろいろ相談はできると思います。
