Access to Matsumoto city is about 30 minutes, and Azumino is about 20~30 minutes, so access to the city is good and rich in nature. There are many immigrants in the Shiga area, so I think it's good. Please check the site. The building is very old (about 100 years old). I think that renovation such as baths and kitchens is necessary to use it for residential purposes. I recommend it to DIY lovers (there is currently no sink in the kitchen).
自然あふれる静かな環境に建つ古民家です。離れや古い土蔵も付属しています。以前は蕎麦屋として営業していた広々した建物です。周囲には畑があります。

松本市街へのアクセスは30分くらい、安曇野へも20~30分くらいと街へのアクセスも良く自然も豊かです。四賀地区は移住者も多く、良いと思います。現地確認をお願いします。建物はとても古いです(築約100年)。住居用に使うにはお風呂や台所などリノベが必要かと思います。DIY好きの方にオススメします(台所は現状シンクなし)。
