It has been 1 year and 4 months since the house was vacant (as of June 4th). Due to a leak on the second floor, the second floor cannot be used. Parts of the roof have been temporarily repaired, but repairs are still needed. The burden of repair costs is negotiable. You need to go through the dirt floor (outside) to access the bath and toilet. There is a rural landscape in front of the house. *A concrete retaining wall was constructed on the slope behind the building and on the mountain side more than 15 years ago by the town as a landslide prevention measure, but the building is in a special warning zone (red zone) under the Landslide Prevention Act, and the site is in a red zone. It has been designated as a yellow zone. If you are building a new home in a red zone, you will be subject to building inspection and structural restrictions.空き家になって1年4か月経過しています（R4.6月時点）。2階の雨漏りにより、２階部分は使用できません。屋根を部分的に応急処置で補修していますが、修繕が必要です。修繕費の負担は応相談。風呂、トイレへは土間（外部）を通る必要があります。家の前には田園風景が広がっています。
※建物の裏、山側の斜面は、15年以上前に町の工事によりがけ崩れ防止対策としてコンクリート擁壁を施工済みですが、建物は土砂災害防止法の特別警戒区域（レッドゾーン）、敷地は警戒区域（イエローゾーン）の指定を受けています。レッドゾーンに新築住宅等を立てる場合は、建築確認や構造の制限を受けます。
