This property is a warehouse and office building located on a remote island about an hour by ferry from the port in Matsuyama City, and it takes about 10-15 minutes by car from the main port. This island is a place where people come by private cruiser from Hiroshima. I purchased the property with the intention of turning it into a brewery and bar, as well as an atelier, but due to my main job becoming busier, I have decided to let it go while also organizing my personal affairs. It is a small island with about 3,000 residents, where fishing can be enjoyed year-round, and I had envisioned running a local beer bar with art while enjoying the fish caught there.

The house is situated in a very pleasant location with a great view of the sea right in front. There is a park on the site of a former junior high school in front of the house, and there are cherry blossom trees along the road. Local seniors gather every week to play gateball, so I think this place is also suitable for some kind of business. The many windows make it very bright and spacious. The large Japanese-style room can be used as a bright room even if walls are built. The first floor has a high ceiling, so it might be fu松山市内の港からフェリーで約1時間の離島にある倉庫と事務所の建物で、メインの港からは車で10～15分程度です。この島は広島から自家クルーザーで訪れる人もいる場所です。物件は、ビール醸造所とバー、アトリエにしてみたいと購入したのですが、メインの仕事が忙しくなってきたので、身辺整理もかねて手放すことにしました。住民は3000人程の小さな島ですが、一年中釣りが楽しめ、そのお魚をつまみに飲め、アートのある地ビールバーをやってみたいと所有していました。

目の前に海が広がる眺望がよく、とても気持ちの良い場所に建っているお家です。家の前には元中学校跡地の公園があり、沿道には桜並木があります。地元のシニアが毎週ゲートボールのプレイで集まるので、何かお商売にも向いている場所と思います。窓が多いのでとても明るく開放感があります。大きな和室は、壁を作っても明るさを確保したお部屋として使えます。１階は天井が高いので中２階と階段を作りメゾネットなどに変更しても楽しいかと思います。

建物は、一階がRC、その上に木造で事務所に使用した建物が建っています（登記の分類は木造になっています）。お風呂がないので新設する必要があります。この島にはリフォーム業者さんがおりませんので、ご依頼先に困られるかと思いますが、松山市内の業者でこの島で施工の経験のある方をご紹介することもできます。

部屋には残置物がありますが、撤去後の引き渡しを予定していますが、セルフビルドなどで使いたいものがありましたら残すことも可能です。変わった建物と空間ですが、普通のお家には物足りない方には、クリエイティブな感覚でこの場所と景色を楽しんでいただけるかと思います。秋までには買い手さんを決めたいと考えており、8月上旬に内見会の日程を設ける予定です。何かご質問などありましたらお気軽にお寄せください。
