I purchased this property through "Ie Ichiba" and planned to use it as a vacation home while doing a self-renovation, but I will be moving overseas and therefore am selling it.

I hired contractors to cut the grass and trim the trees around the property, but the interior still contains belongings left by the previous owner and renovation has not yet been carried out. I have not been able to check everything, but there are areas with roof/leak damage. It is not in a move-in ready condition.

The building is five storeys: three basement levels and two above-ground floors. The lowest basement (B3) contains a rock bath. Because the property sits on a sloped vacation-home development, the basement levels are still fairly bright.
