A coffee shop along the national highway, which has been loved by locals for 40 years, will close in 2023. Located in the center of the Minamishima area of Minamiise Town, close to the city hall, the property has been carefully used by the local owner and couple as restaurants on the first floor and residences on the second floor until April 2023. We are looking for someone to take over the property. There is also a parking lot along the national highway! I used it until recently, so it is also recommended that there are many parts that can be used as is! The Showa-era atmosphere of the store also has a set of tables and chairs. (Because it was cute!)

Minamiise Town Okatagama is one of the hidden villages where the descendants of the Heike family live. It is located in a difficult place in Minamiise Town, and from the national highway, you can reach it through a narrow mountain road or through a narrow fishing village. This house with the sea in front of you has many rooms and a large living room that can be used by a large number of people. Also, if you are stuck with work ideas, I would like you to visit Yatsukama Hachiman Shrine. The shrine quietly located at the back of the Okata Kama village is the main shrine of the seven Kamagata villages in Minami Ise, and is a place where you can feel a sense of seclusion.

Mie Prefecture, located in the Kansai region of Japan, offers a unique blend of traditional and modern lifestyles. Nestled between the mountains and the coastline, Mie is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, particularly the Ise Shima National Park and the famous Ise Shrine. Residents enjoy a slower-paced life, with access to serene beaches, lush countryside, and local hot springs, fostering a strong sense of community and connection to nature. Finding affordable housing in Mie Ken can be easier compared to larger urban centers like Tokyo or Osaka. Average rent prices tend to be significantly lower, allowing for more spacious living arrangements. While the housing market is less dynamic than in metropolitan areas, opportunities for purchasing property exist, especially for those considering older homes in rural areas that come at lower costs. In terms of quality of life, Mie boasts excellent healthcare facilities, good public transportation options, and a variety of local markets showcasing fresh produce and seafood. The area is less crowded, offering a peaceful environment conducive to family life or retirement. The cost of living, while rising, remains relatively manageable compared to big cities. Overall, Mie Ken represents an attractive option for those seeking an affordable and fulfilling lifestyle in Japan, blending tranquility with cultural richness, while still being within reach of larger urban amenities.
