This is our first property in Minamisatsuma City. ･:*:･(*´ｰ`*人)
I often went to Kaseda for drives, but this was my first time in Masuyama ( ˊᵕˋ )
My first impression was that it was peaceful.
It seems like a nice place to live (*˙꒳˙*)‧⁺✧︎*
Masuyama Hachiman Shrine is about a 3-minute walk away.
I think one of the reasons why this place feels so peaceful is because of the atmosphere of the shrine*ˊᵕˋ)੭
The land area is about 420m2.
It may also be recommended for relatively medium to large buildings such as two-family homes.
