It is all-electric, and the electric water heater was replaced with a new one in 2013.苗場のリゾートマンションを平成25年に購入し、自分でリフォームをしたり、時々遊びに行っていましたが、結婚や子供ができたことで忙しくなり訪れる機会がほとんどなくなってしまったので売却したいと考えています。苗場スキー場目の前のマンションで、冬はスキー、スノボ、夏はフジロックや山菜採り、秋には紅葉などが楽しめます。夏は涼しく冷房いらずで避暑地としても最適です。また、周囲には温泉が沢山あるので行くたびに違う温泉に入る楽しさもあります。マンションオーナーになると、苗場スキー場や温泉その他、観光スポットなどの割引券などが貰えます。建物は管理が行き届いていて、平成26年に大規模修繕工事実施(屋上・ベランダ防水工事、外壁工事)、共有部分のカーペット張り替えなどもされ、定期的に修繕されています。専有部分のお部屋については、畳だった部屋を平成25年にクッションフロアーの洋室にDIYにて変更しました。オール電化となっており、電気温水器は平成25年に新品に交換済です。備え付けの暖房器具は使えないものとお考えください。基本、現状渡しになります。テレビ、ソファー、コタツ、カーテン、時計、扇風機、電子レンジなどお譲りいたします。全て平成25～28年に購入したもので使用頻度は少なくどれも綺麗です。和室だった部屋を洋室に変更したので明るく綺麗な雰囲気になっているかと思います。ただ、DIYなので一部上手くできていない部分があるかもしれませんので気にしない方。ユニットバスがついていますが、狭いのでお風呂は温泉に行くことが前提のほうがいいと思います。

There is a free parking lot2021年4月に2年間の普通賃貸借契約の入居者付きのリゾートマンションを購入しました。リフォーム済みのとっても綺麗なお部屋です。暫くすると入居者は退去してしまい部屋だけ残ってしまいました。苗場スキー場が目の前にある景色の良い所で、一度だけ冬季のスキーシーズンに貸し出し致しましたが、管理するには遠過ぎて手に負えないので売りに出す事にしました。フロントはAM8時～PM5時迄常駐で管理していますので、連絡を頂ければ時間内での内覧は可能です。リフォーム終了時のままになっているので、家具等のお荷物は部屋に合わせて自由にレイアウト出来ます。只今空室となっていますが、去年貸出している方から希望があり、冬季は4月いっぱい貸出しています。内覧は、入居者にお願いしているので大丈夫ですが、契約は5月以降にお願い致します。高い場所に建っていて見晴らしは抜群です。毎日山を眺めながら暮らせます。春先には部屋から花見が出来て、他の花見が終わった頃に咲きます（桜の写真は4月29日撮影）。部屋の眼下に無料駐車場が有り、先着順で2台迄停められます（フロントに駐車シートを表示）。一昨年から再開したフジロックフェスティバルは徒歩圏内です。ウリは色々ありますが、一番は常時入れる（掃除時間を除く）サウナ付大浴場です。沸かし湯ですが重宝してます。浴場の隣には無料のフィットネスジムがあります。プールや卓球・ビリヤード台は有料で利用できます。部屋に洗濯機置場がありますが、1Fにコインランドリーもあります。部屋のトイレと風呂は別になっています。部屋は3Fですが、2Fに浴場があるため冬場の水道管凍結の心配が無く、不在でも水抜き不要です。新潟はお米がとても美味しく特に南魚沼地区は米処で、お米が無くなりそうな時は帰路に湯沢の「スーパーのぐち」で10kgのコシヒカリを買って帰るのが常です。また新潟はガソリン価格が安く、隣の長野県に滞在する際には、長野県では給油せず新潟県上越市まで行って給油しています。特に最近は価格が上がっているので、とても助かっています。イマイチな所は、飲食店などは近隣に多数ありますがスーパーやコンビニはなく、自宅で調理をする場合、高速道路を降りた街で食料品を調達しておく必要があります。
