I半年前までは、時々行ってましたが、最近全然行ってません。過去にTBSテレビNスタに取材された家です。なるべく早く売りたいです。よろしくお願いいたします。東京まで近い「桜花の里」別荘地内の土地と建物です。別荘維持費などかかりません。別荘地で共有している水道ポンプ修理費として、年3万円の負担金があるのみです。鹿、イノシシの親子、野ウサギ、日本リス、トンビ等、野生動物の生息地です。イノシシは襲ってきません。秋になると木の実を目当てに出て来るたくさんの動物に会えます。最寄り駅は、秩父鉄道、皆野駅徒歩17分(1.3キロ)、車では都内からは約90キロ、最寄りのインターは「皆野長瀞IC」です。所沢駅で副都心線ライナー、池袋駅で有楽町線ライナーに接続していますので渋谷、横浜へも楽に通勤できます。こだわりの注文住宅です。新築時の建設費は約2000万円でした。森の中で白い壁が映えるこじんまりとした一軒家です。土砂災害警戒区域に該当しないので安心して住める地域です。地盤がしっかりしています。今の時期、新緑の木々が咲き乱れ、鳥の囀りが心をなごましてくれます。土、日曜日には、遠くにSLの汽笛が聞こえます。水回りには特に問題はありません。雨漏り等はありません。すぐにお住まい頂けます。トイレは各階にあります。(2階はウォシュレット)南側に広々としたお風呂があり、窓を開けると露天風呂のように外の景色を楽しみながら入浴できます。2階キッチンにも窓があります。食事の支度をしながら森を眺められます。フローリングは目立つ傷もなく綺麗です。庭は南側にあり、日当たりが良いので家庭菜園ができます。生ゴミのコンポストを設置する時は皆野町役場で補助金が支給されます。ガーデニング用のスコップ、ふるい等は物置に入っています。残しますのでお使い下さい。気になる事は屋根の裏側が一部劣化しているので、修理が必要です。現状をそのままお渡しします。引き渡し後の物件の不具合について責任は負いません。(契約不適合責任免責)車で10分以内に 「やおよしスーパーマーケット」「セブンイレブン皆野店」「皆野町役場」「大型薬局」「コインランドリー」「焼き肉 峰」などがあり、生活には困りません。日本百名水の一つ 「日本水 やまとみず」迄車で20分です。美味しい珈琲、お茶ご飯が炊けます。
