I can't get close to the land by car. There seems to be something like a passage on the official map or Google Maps, but I don't know because I have never actually been there.

車で土地の近くまで行けません。公図やGoogleマップ上は通路のようなものがありそうなのですが、実際に行ったことがないのでよく分かりません。

管理は何も行っていません。
【売却活動の経過】
過去に不動産屋さんに売却を依頼しましたが買い手がつきませんでした。できれば、国庫帰属制度で国に返納したい土地です。
【土地の場所・範囲・境界等】:
現地に行ったことがなく、土地のなんとなく場所はわかりますが、土地の範囲がわかりません。過去に不動産会社が現地に看板を立ててくれたようで、その際に境界標の写真を送ってくれてはいますが、実際に行ったことはないので、詳細はわかりません。
【取得経緯】
自分で購入した土地です。詐欺ではないかもしれませんが、開発の見込みが外れて整備がされていない状態になっているように見えます。
【物件のイマイチな点】
境界が不明確、長期未使用
地図を見ると、近くに小さい集落や貯水池のようなものもあるように見えます。
冬季に積雪等があるかはわかりません。
