Description

5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot from Misakiguchi Station. This is a woodland (mountain forest) in Miura City, Kanagawa Prefecture. I owned this woodland because I like the Miura Peninsula and thought I might do something with it, but it is a long distance and travel time from where I currently live, so nothing has been done. I am listing it for the first time in case someone is interested.

The road is outside the property, but a public road adjacent to the woodland runs alongside it (passable by a kei car). There is no dedicated parking, but since it faces the road you can access the woodland immediately without having to go deep into the mountains. The woodland is unmaintained, so if you want to start something you will need to begin from scratch. Also, there are no utilities. The property is in a city-planning adjustment area (non-urbanized area). It is not a protected forest.

For viewings: I cannot attend, so please view the property on your own. If you are interested, please contact me.

Note: Sold as-is and based on official registry records.
