5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot from Misakiguchi Station. This is a forest located in Miura City, Kanagawa Prefecture. I owned this forest because I love the Miura Peninsula and wanted to do something with it, but due to the distance and time from where I currently live, I haven't been able to do anything with it. The road is outside of the owned land, but there is a public road adjacent to the forest (wide enough for light vehicles). There is no designated parking, but since it faces the road, you can easily access the forest without having to climb into the mountains. Since it is an unmanaged forest, starting anything will require beginning from scratch. Additionally, there are no lifelines available. It is located in an urbanization control area. It is not a protected forest. Please conduct viewings on-site by yourself.三崎口駅から車で5分、徒歩20分です。神奈川県の三浦市にある山林です。三浦半島が好きで何か出来ればと所有していた山林ですが、現在居住している場所から距離も時間も掛かる事もあり、現状何も出来ていません。道は所有の土地外ですが山林に隣接している一般道が通っています(軽自動車が通れる程の)。特に駐車場は無いのですが、道に面していますので山奥に登るような事は無く山林へはすぐに入っていけます。特に整備をしていない山林ですので、何か始める際は一からになります。また、ライフラインはありません。市街化調整区域になります。保安林ではありません。内覧は現地ご自身でお願いしています。
