Description

We propose repurposing unused yachts and cruisers for glamping—"marine + camping = marimping." They can be used ashore as a vacation home (second room) or for deck parties while kept afloat. This is a brokerage sale of a 24 ft (7.2 m) yacht located in Moroiso Bay on the Miura Peninsula. It has an operational engine and can be sailed, but the hull is old and there is damage to the interior flooring. Repairs can be done by the buyer as a DIY project, or we can arrange refurbishment. Mooring is not available at this location; we can introduce a marina in Yokohama where berthing is possible for just over ¥40,000 per month—cheaper than a studio apartment. Yachts and cruisers are often thought to be for the wealthy, but decommissioned hulls can let you enjoy marine life at a low cost. Sitting on the deck with a drink watching the sunset is wonderful—please consider it. Offered at an extraordinarily low price, so no further discounts. Viewings are strongly encouraged.
