Although it is small, there is also a garden where bicycles and motorbikes can park. I think that if it is dismantled, a parking lot (for two cars) will be created. It is well located in the city, so you can almost do your errands on foot. Banks, supermarkets, convenience stores, and other restaurants are also nearby, which is very convenient. It is a lonely feeling to let go of my parents' house, but I can't afford to maintain and manage the current state, so I would like to sell it in the祖母が住んでいたのですが、相続することになりました。家は、築40年になります。一度家の状況をNPOの専門の方に見てもらいましたが、状態は良いとコメントをいただきました。現状有姿でご了解願います。物件内にピアノがありますが調律すると使えます。家具が少し残っています。不要なものは廃棄をお願いいたします。駐車場はありませんが、家の隣に安い契約駐車場あります。広い屋上があり、花火やバーベキュー等できます。海も少しですが見え、太陽が沈む夕方は眺めがいいです。また、ベランダも広いので洗濯物も大量に干せます。小さいですが、庭もあり、自転車やバイクが止めることができます。解体すると駐車場(二台分)はできると思います。市内の立地の良い場所なのでほとんど徒歩で用事を済ませることができます。銀行やスーパー、コンビニ等、飲食店も周辺にあり大変便利です。実家を手放すのは、寂しい気持ちですが、今の状態を維持管理する余裕もないので、できるだけいい状態で売却をしたいと思います。引き渡し可能時期は現時点で未定ですので、ご相談させていただきます。
