I purchased this property a few years ago as a holiday home because I wanted a place near my house with a sea view, but I have since relocated much farther away and can no longer visit it, so I would like to sell. The property is quite large — I believe there are about 15 rooms in total. However, only six of those can be used as bedrooms plus one room that can serve as a living room, so a total of seven rooms are currently usable. The rest require renovation. The land includes an asphalt area that was used as a tennis court (approximately 170 tsubo) and a grass area of about 50 tsubo; it could be used as a tennis court, parking, or a workshop. The grass area could be used as a field or garden. There is a large parking area in front of the building. The total land area combined is about 800 tsubo. The building is a three-story reinforced concrete structure (the 3rd floor contains a sunroom and the rooftop). The rooftop offers an attractive ocean view, but the rooftop waterproofing sheet has deteriorated, causing water leaks. 建物は鉄筋コンクリートの3階建て（3階はサンルームと屋上）。屋上からのオーシャンビューが魅力ですが、屋上の防水シートが劣化しており雨漏りが発生しています。屋上シート張替えが必須（見積：約500万円）。現況は貸家（入居中）。
