It is designated as a registered tangible cultural property of Japan. It is a rare Western-style building of the early Showa period. It was built in Showa 7. I'm considering selling my home because it's hard to maintain. It is a building that used to be a private clinic. It has been renovated since the 40s, so it is damaged. I am currently living in the house, but I think it needs to be renovated, including the plumbing. You can also receive renovation subsidies, property tax reductions, and inheritance tax reductions.
