【取得経緯】
相続により取得した長崎県佐世保市の農地7筆です。遠方に住んでおり、使用実績もなければ今後の使用予定もないため、使っていただける方にお譲りしたいと思います。現地は草が茂っておりしばらく人の手が入っていない状態です。4月上旬に現地を確認しに行ったところ、10年位前まではどなたかが耕していたのかな? という様子でした。
現地は段々畑のようになっており、佐世保市農業委員会に問合せたところ、第2種農地となる見込みとの回答でした。農業委員会から「転用は不可能ではないと思われますが、転用目的や利用方法など、事前に確認いたしますので、転用計画が具体化した際に改めてお問合せ下さい。」との回答もいただいておりますので、農地以外として活用されたい方は、ご希望の用途で転用可能かどうかを農業委員会にお問合せいただいてからご連絡いただけますと幸いです。
また、写真のほかに、同町内にもう一つ151㎡の山林があります。接道はあるもののアクセスがしにくい場所なのですが、こちらもあわせて引き取っていただける方を希望します。
