I love this house, which is very calming and has great sunlight, located in the beautiful and relatively warm Ina Valley where both the Central Alps and Southern Alps can be seen. 家は山の中腹にあり、中央アルプスの眺望が素晴らしいです。古民家を生かしながら、10年程前に屋根瓦も含め1,000万円以上かけて全面リフォーム（5LDK）してあり、すぐに便利な田舎暮らしを始められます。その際に、味噌蔵も作られているので、食品ストックも出来ます。一昨年庭に太陽熱温水器を敷設し、お風呂も台所のお湯もそこから流れてきます。同時にエコの灯油式給湯器も導入しました。

薪ストーブ愛好家も憧れるイエルカさんの薪ストーブ（ピザやパン，焼き芋なども焼ける）、煙突が付いています。母屋のリビングは無垢材が張られ冬は比較的温かで、台所はアイランドキッチンで和やかな雰囲気で安らげます。天井に明かり取り付き。離れは伝統工法で作られており、空気がいいです。世間の気配がしないので，プライバシーが守られる空間。気が静まります。夏涼しくエアコン要らず。私の感じではここでは深く眠れるので、寝覚めが違います。

母屋と離れを繋ぐ渡り廊下は無垢材とガラス張りのサンルームになっています。押入れには無垢材を使用しています。庭に清水が湧く池があります。衛星アンテナ付。5台程駐車可能です。
