Although not all areas have insulation, the floor also has insulation installed. The washbasin and toilet bowl in the washroom, as well as the electrical fixtures, are new, and a new laundry space has been created. Both washbasins are handmade. The toilet has had its floor replaced, and the door is handmade. キッチンは、天井を抜き、断熱材が入れてあり、こだわりの漆喰です。手作りのカウンターキッチン、シンクは新品です。切り替えシャワーは伸びます。換気扇とレンジ台をつけました。ドアも倉庫サイズの大きなドア、流木がポイントです。全てに入れてある訳ではありませんが、床にも断熱材が入れてあります。洗面所やトイレの洗面ボウル、電気も新品、洗濯置き場も新しく作りました。洗面台は、どちらも手作りしてます。トイレも、床張り替え、ドアは手作りしてます。トイレは、簡易水洗となります。暖房便座ついてます。お風呂は、壁一面以外は、新しく張り替えました。ドアも新品をつけました。床と浴槽はそのままです。奥の和室は、リフォームは少しで昔のままです。

島ならではの、表と裏の玄関が2つあります。敷地は広く、森の様な雰囲気で隠れ家っぽいです。自然豊かです。レトロな乳牛小屋があります。家の周りは、椿、鉄砲百合、蘭、ハイビスカス、草木、小さいグァバ、ツワブキ、ドラセナ、月桃、さざんか等植えてあります。裏には、大きなモンステラに実がついてます。果樹の木もあります。2年前に陽光桜、その後、ソテツ、ローズマリー、ピンクグァバ、パッションフルーツなど植えました。

街まで車で10分、空港まで車で10分、フェリー乗り場まで車で30分、近くの海まで車で5分です。サーフポイント、ビーチポイントまで車で10分、リーフポイントまで車で15分、真ん中の町なので、アクセスしやすいと思います。

リフォームが完成したのは、2023年5月になります。昔の建築なので、誤差などがあります。保証なしの現状渡しです。引き渡し時期はご相談下さい。家を気に入って下さる方を探しています。
