I inherited a vacation land, but I have no plans to use it in the future, so I would like to sell it. I had trouble finding a real estate company that could handle it, and while researching, I came across this site.

Since it is a vacation land, the management is well-maintained. Unusually for vacation land, there is a public water supply. The municipal water supply runs to the front road, but there will be costs for bringing it into the property. Hot spring water can also be brought in, but it will incur additional costs. Electricity is provided by Tokyo Electric Power, gas is propane, and sewage is through a purification tank. It is also close to Nasu-Shiobara Station and Nishi-Nasu-Shiobara Interchange (about 13 minutes) with a flat road.
