This year the family home was destroyed by fire and my brother died. It is a stigmatized property (an "accident property"). There is a utility pole on the premises. I would be grateful if someone would purchase it even at a low price. The building has been demolished and the site is now vacant land.

I would prefer to sell by around October if possible. This is inherited land. It is located below the mountain area. There used to be a well. A Shinto purification (o-harai) has been performed.
