Description

I purchased this property from a real estate agent I know because it has a wide frontage suitable for building a two-family house, etc. My parents' home was also nearby, which was another reason. I currently have no plans to build, so I would like to sell to someone who can make good use of the site. Behind the property, across the road, is a university campus.
