The nearest station is in the middle of Hibarigaoka Station and Hoya Station on the Seibu Ike当初は両親と住む予定で中古購入しましたが、予定が変わり、13年思い出いっぱいの家を売ろうと思います。小学生、幼児だった子達も大きくなり地方の高校に通っており、家族皆旅好き田舎好きで、地方移住希望のため手放そう思いました。昨年外壁と屋根塗装したばかりです。元は二世帯仕様だったようで2階にすぐ給排水引けます。2階は建築士監修のもと、大工さんに壁を出来るだけ取っ払ってもらい床に温もりもあります。杉の無垢材を全面貼りました。間仕切り壁戻したら2階だけで4Lになります。1階は2LDKです。リビングだけ床暖房が入ってます。駐車場は2台楽に停められ、自転車も我が家は4台置いてました。細かな修繕必要カ所はありますが、現状でもすぐ住める状態と思います。最寄り駅は西武池袋線ひばりヶ丘駅と保谷駅の真ん中でいずれも駅から徒歩15分と便利です。ひばりヶ丘は住みたい街ランキングトップ3に入るくらい人気ですが、近隣で同サイズの広さの物件はなかなか無いと思います。住宅診断は昨年他社さんで実施して問題はありませんでした。閑静な場所で、近所さんも素敵な方ばかりです。出来るだけ早く希望です。元が二世帯仕様なのでリフォームしやすく、夜は静かで落ち着きます。車が普通車で2台、軽なら3台停められます。駐車場が縦列駐車になります。
