マイナスポイントは、再建築可能かわかりません（側幅員3.8mの公道へ8.866m接道）。簡易水洗になります。簡易水洗の為に高い家賃（5～6万円）は難しいかもしれません（水道業者に頼むことで水洗化にできます※確認済）。
