＜RC造り＞
RC造ですので、木造住宅に比べて土砂災害にも強く、津波にも強いです。階段を上るときに感じることでしょう。「ここは木造ではないんだ」という足裏の感触を。。。
築４０年経過していても今回のリフォームのようにRC造は生まれ変わることができます。　ポイントとなる屋上防水もしっかり施工されています。生まれ変わったRCも固定資産税までは生まれ変わらないのはラッキーですね。約９万円です。木造住宅と同じくらいまで下がってきました。
ひろーい屋上が何とも気持ちいいですね。これ、RCの陸屋根だからできることなんですよね。
＜他＞
海近はいいですよね。雰囲気や景色が違いますよね。でも、できれば駐車場がもっと快適ならばよかったですね。今のところは、軽自動車OKですが、普通車にはちょっときついです。

港に津波から地域を守るための高さ1.8メートルの防波堤ができるとの情報あり。港の景色が少し変わりそうです。
